Details of Investigation:
On Saturday, September 14, 2002 at about 1:28 a.m., police responded to a stabbing at 2240 Midland Avenue.
The victim was discovered in a plaza parking lot, suffering from stab wounds. The victim was transported to hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
Investigators believe the victim was assaulted by several unknown suspects just prior to being stabbed, inside the Taaps Restaurant in the same area.
Another person was also discovered at a local police station, suffering from stab wounds previously received at this location. This person was treated by emergency personnel, and is expected to survive his injuries.
