Details of Investigation:
On Sunday, April 24, 2005, at about 3:39 a.m., police responded to a shooting at 9 Milvan Drive.
The victim was discovered inside the Prestige Palace Night Club, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person was also discovered inside the same location, suffering from gunshot wounds. This person was treated by emergency personnel, and is expected to survive his injuries.
Five other people were also discovered at various regional hospitals, all suffering from gunshot wounds received at the night club. These people were treated by emergency personnel, and are expected to survive their injuries.
