Details of Investigation:

On Monday, March 27, 2006, at about 10:03 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the area of Eglinton Avenue W and Weston Road.

The victim was discovered inside the 244 Pizza Takeout (1166 Weston Road), suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Another person was also discovered at the same location, suffering from gunshot wounds. This person was treated by emergency personnel, and is expected to survive his injuries.

Two other people were also discovered at a local hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds previously received at the 244 Pizza Takeout. These people were treated by emergency personnel, and are expected to survive their injuries.
