The vehicle believed driven by the suspect was recovered in the area of Keele Street and Lawrence Avenue W. The licence plates originally observed on this vehicle are missing.

A Canada-Wide Warrant for 2nd Degree Murder was issued for Seran KASILINGHAM, 28 yrs, in this case.
On Saturday, March 13, 2010 at about 3:11 a.m., police responded to an emergency call at 1641 Pharmacy Avenue.
The victim was discovered in a parking lot, suffering from blunt trauma. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Seran KASILINGHAM was arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Murder in this case.
