On Thursday, March 4, 2004, at about 12:40 a.m., police responded to a 911 call at Scarborough General Hospital.
The victim was discovered in the hospital, suffering from gunshot wounds he received earlier, in an apartment residence at 283 Pharmacy Avenue. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
