On Sunday, January 4, 2009, at about 11:32 p.m., police responded to a check address call in the area of 48 Talwood Drive.
The victim was discovered inside a vehicle parked on the street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts by emergency personnel, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
