Proposal documents are available from Purchasing Support Services, business hours 08:30 - 15:45 Monday to Friday. Pick up arrangements must be made at least 2 hours in advance to allow for the preparation of the document package.

To request a document package, vendors must either fax or e-mail full company name and address information, contact person name, telephone and fax numbers, indicating name and number of proposal requested and indicate date/time when package will be picked up.

NOTE: Document packages are left at the Duty Desk in the name of the requesting company.

REQUESTS FOR DOCUMENT PACKAGES BY TELEPHONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Toronto Police Service will not make courier arrangements for documents requested by vendors.
Proposal request documents are not faxed or electronically mailed out.
