This Unit responsibility is to represent the "field" by bringing their technological needs and concerns to the attention of ITS. It also represents ITS and provides users with information and assistance in relation to technology. This includes co-ordinating technology related training for the "field", site visits, liaison with other police services, keeping up to date on technological advances that could assist the TPS.
