 On October 27th, one week from the day Cecilia Zhang went missing from her home, Chief Julian Fantino has announced a $50,000 reward for her safe return.
Cecilia's safety is our primary concern and we are doing everything in our power to locate her. It is our hope that this reward will assist in getting her home safe and sound.
