Arrested by Members of No. 14 Division. Investigated by Members of Homicide Squad.
Members of No.14 Division responded to a stabbing in the area of Bloor Street West and Brunswick Avenue and located a male with vital signs absent. Toronto EMS transported the victim to hospital where he was pronounced dead on November 7, 2009 by Dr. Charbonney of the hospital staff. Police arrested a male suspect a short distance away. Charged accordingly.

Robbery (Mugging) - 43 Division
A 15 year old male reports that on November 8, 2009 at approximately 1600 hours, he was in the area of Military Trial and Purple Dusk Trail, when he was approached by three male suspects, two wearing disguises. One suspect removed the victim’s cellular phone and fled the scene towards Military Trail. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect #1: Male, south asian, 17-22 years, 5’8”, 141 pounds, thin build, short black hair. Suspect #2: Male, south asian, 17-22 years, 5’9”, 180 pounds, medium build. Suspect #3: Male, south asian, 17-22 years, 5’7”, thin build.

A 38 year old resident of Jarvis Street reports that between 0600 hours, November 7, 2009 and 0020 hours, November 8, 2009 entry was gained by unknown means. Removed was a quantity of cash and electronics.

Robbery (Mugging) - 31 Division
A 19 year old male reports that on November 8, 2009 at approximately 2345 hours, he was at a school in the area of Keele Street and Steeles Avenue, when he was approached by a male suspect. The suspect removed the victim’s laptop and fled down a hallway. The victim gave chase and was confronted by a second male suspect who prevented the pursuit. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 20-22 years, 6’1”, thin build. Suspect #2: Male, black, 20-22 years, 6’1”-6’2”, 161 pounds, thin build.

Robbery (Swarming) - 55 Division
A 15 year old male reports that on November 5, 2009 at approximately 1600 hours, he was walking in the area of Hanson Street and Coxwell Avenue when he was approached by ten male suspects wearing disguises. One suspect grabbed the victim’s arm and pushed him against a fence. The suspects searched the victim’s pockets and removed his backpack. All the suspects then fled the scene westbound towards Coxwell Avenue. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 16-19 years, 5’4”-5’8”, 99-119 pounds, medium build. Suspect #2: Male, black, 5’7”-5’10”, 110-150 pounds. Suspect #3: Male, white, 5’7”-6’2”, 99-180 pounds. A 46 year old male, owner of GEN Convenience, 33 University Avenue, reports that on November 9, 2009 at approximately 1157 hours a male suspect entered the premises and approached the counter. The suspect produced a handgun, demanded money and ordered the victim to the ground. The suspect removed a quantity of cash from the till, then fled the scene in an unknown direction. No injuries were sustained by the victim. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect: Male, black, 25 to 28 years, 5’10” to 6’0”, 180 pounds, muscular build.

A 19 year old male reports that on November 8, 2009, at approximately 2301 hours, he was in the vicinity of Weston Road and Oxford Drive when three male suspects approached him and demanded his iPod. The suspects grabbed the victim’s iPod, cell phone and removed his wallet from his pocket. The suspects fled the scene southbound on Weston Road. No injuries were sustained by the victim.
