A 25 year old male reports that on November 3, 2009 at approximately 1530 hours, he was in the area of Finch Avenue West and Jayzel Drive, when he was approached by a male suspect. The suspect demanded the victim empty his pockets. The victim did not comply and a struggle ensued. The suspect stabbed the victim in the forearm with a knife. The suspect fled the scene empty-handed in an unknown direction. The victim was transported to hospital where he was treated and released.
