Robbery (Swarming) – 31 Division

A 13 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at approximately 1630 hours, he was in the area of St. Clair Avenue West and Lawrence Avenue West, when he was approached by seven male suspects.  One of the suspects engaged the victim in a conversation.  The suspect went through the victim’s pockets while the second suspect went through his backpack.  The suspects removed the victim’s iPOD and fled the scene in an unknown direction.  No injuries were sustained by the victim.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 15 to 17 years, 5’8”, 150 pounds, medium build. Sexual Assault – 55 Division

A 16 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at approximately 1745 hours, he was in the area of Fairford Road and Coxwell Avenue, when he was sexually assaulted by a male suspect. The suspect made a demand for cash.  The victim complied.  The suspect then fled the scene and was last seen in the area of Fairford Road and Craven Road.  The victim did not require medical attention.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, black, 16 to 20 years, 5’8” to 5’11”, 169 to 189 pounds, black short hair, stocky build.

Robbery (Mugging) – 31 Division

A 13 year old male and two 14 year old males report that on November 1, 2009 at approximately 1800 hours, they were in the area of Hullmark Drive and Yorkgate Boulevard, when they were approached by a male suspect.  The suspect made a demand for an iPod from one of the victims’ and then punched him in the face.  The victim complied.  The suspect made a second demand for the victims to empty their pockets and put all their property on the ground.  The victims complied.  Two of the victims made good their escape.  The suspect then fled the scene empty-handed in an unknown direction.  One victim sustained minor injuries and will seek his own medical attention.  No injuries were sustained by the other two victims. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, black, 19 to 22 years, 5’6” to 5’8”, thin build.

A 23 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at approximately at 2020 hours, he was in the area in Finch Avenue East and Pharmacy Avenue, when he was approached by a male suspect.  The suspect made a demand for the victim’s iPhone.  The victim refused and a struggle ensued.  The suspect then produced a knife and threatened the victim.  The victim complied.  The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.  No injuries were sustained by the victim.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, black, 19 to 21 years, 6’1” to 6’2”, medium build.

A 16 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at approximately 1610 hours, he was in the area of Dundas Street West and Bloor Street West, when he was approached by a male suspect.  The suspect made a demand for cash.  The victim refused.  The suspect then made a second demand for cash.  The victim did not comply.   At this time, five male suspects approached the victim and grabbed him.  The suspects went through the victim’s pockets and removed his cellular telephone, iPod, metro pass and cash.  The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.  No injuries were sustained by the victim.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 18 to 20 years, 5’9” to 5’11”, 180 to 229 pounds, heavy build.  Suspect #2 to #6.  Male, black.  NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE.

Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1: Male, white, 28 to 32 years, 5’8”, 200 pounds, muscular build, short blond hair. Robbery (Vehicle Jacking) - 32 Division

A 28 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at approximately 0136 hours that he was in the area of Yonge Street and Highway 401 when he was approached by a male suspect.  The suspect entered the vehicle by unknown means and fled the scene heading westbound on Highway 401.  The vehicle was later recovered.  Removed from the vehicle was a quantity of cash and identification.  The victim did not sustain any injuries.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, white, 35 to 45 years, long straight dark brown hair.

Arrested by Members of No. 12 Division and investigated by Members of the Hold-Up Squad.

On October 30, 2009 at approximately 1540 hours, three male suspects attended Trinity Car and Truck Rental, 55 Scarlett Road, approached the counter, produced a handgun, and demanded cash.  The victims complied.  The suspects removed a quantity of cash from the business and its patrons and then fled the scene in an unknown direction.  As a result of the investigation, CROSS was arrested on October 30, 2009. Charged accordingly. No recovery has been made. The other suspects are still at large.

A 24 year old male reports that on November 1, 2009 at 1930 hours that he was in the area of Dundas Street East and Edgewood Avenue when he was approached by a male suspect.  The suspect produced a knive and made a demand for cash.  The victim resisted and the suspect punched the victim.  The suspect then removed a quantity of cash and cigarettes from the victim and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim suffered minor injuries, but will seek his own medical attention. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, white, 20 to 30 years, 229 to 249 pounds, muscular build, blue eyes, short brown hair.
