A 12 year old male reports that on October 31, 2009 at approximately 1940 hours, he was walking in the area of Shaughnessy Boulevard and Sheppard Avenue East when he was approached by two male suspects. One suspect grabbed the victim’s candy bag and both suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction. At 2025 hours, the victim was walking in the area of Godstone Drive and Allenbury Gardens when he was approached by four male suspects. One suspect made a demand for the victim’s candy. The suspect grabbed the victim’s neck from behind while a second suspect removed his candy bag. The suspects then fled the scene northbound towards Godstone Drive. The victim sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention. A struggle ensued and the suspects punched and kicked the victims about the body. The victims began to make good their escape when the suspects grabbed one victim and forced him to the ground. The suspects punched the victim and attempted to remove his backpack. All the suspects then fled the scene empty handed in an unknown direction. The second suspect removed the victim from the vehicle and began to choke and punch the victim about the face.
