Sexual Assault  - 22 Division

A 22 year old female reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 1845 hours, she was in the area of Lakeshore Boulevard West and Brown’s Line, when she was sexually assaulted by a male suspect.  The victim did require medical attention. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect:
Male, black, 25 years, 6’2” to 6’3”, thin build.

Robbery (Business) – 42 Division

A 64 year old male and a 51 year old male, owners of Sam Wood Seaford Restaurant, 325 Bamburgh Circle, reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 2140 hours, three male suspects entered the premises. The suspects went directly to the back area of the restaurant and approached the victims.  One suspect produced a box cutter, grabbed one of the victims and made a demand for cash. The suspects then removed cash from the cash register.  Two of the suspects approached two customers that were in the store and demanded their wallets and cash.  The victims complied.  The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction.    Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1 to Suspect #3:  Male, black, 18 to 21 years.

Robbery (Swarming) – 54 Division

A 15 year old male reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 1515 hours, he was in the area of Linnsmore Crescent and Strathmore Boulevard, when he was approached by three male suspects. One of the suspects placed the victim in a headlock.  The second suspect produced a knife and held it to the victim’s throat.  At this time, the third suspect reached into the victim’s pant pocket and removed his IPOD.  The suspects then fled the scene in unknown direction.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1 to Suspect #3:  Male, black, 17 to 19 years, thin build.

Robbery (Mugging) – 13 Division

A 16 year old male reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 1600 hours, he was in the area of Viewmount Avenue and Shermount Avenue, when he was approached by a male suspect.  The suspect made a demand for the victim’s cash.  The victim refused.  The suspect made a second demand for the victim’s cellular telephone.  The victim complied.  The suspect then threw the victim’s cellular telephone to the ground.  As the victim retrieved his cellular telephone, the suspect punched the victim.  At that time, the victim made good his escape. The suspect then fled the scene empty-handed in an unknown direction.  The victim sustained minor injuries and will seek his own medical attention.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, white, 18 years, 6’1”, 180 pounds, brown short hair.

A 21 year old female reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 2213 hours, she was in the area of Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue East, when she was approached by two male suspects.   The suspects made a demand for cash.  The victim refused.  The suspects then grabbed the victim’s purse and fled the scene northbound on Bonis Avenue.  No injuries were sustained by the victim.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1 to #2:  Male, black.  NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE.

Robbery (Business) – 12 Divisison

A 19 year old female employee of Shoppers Drug Mart, 2400 Eglinton Avenue West, reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 2130 hours, a male suspect entered the premises.  The suspect approached the victim and produced a handgun.  The suspect ordered the victim to the cash office.  Once inside, the suspect pointed the handgun at the victim and made a demand for the victim to open the safe. The victim complied.  The suspect removed cash from the safe and ordered the victim to walk with him to the parking lot.  Once at that location, the suspect demanded the victim to walk back to the store.  The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction. No injuries were sustained by the victim.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect: Male, white, 25 to 30 years, 5’10” to 5’11”, 161 to 169 pounds, thin build.

Fraud Over - 31 Division

A 65 year old female reports that on October 29, 2009 at approximately 1300 hours, she was in the area of Islington Avenue and Humber Summit Lane when she was approached by a male and female suspect.  The male suspect indicated he had the winning numbers for a lottery but could not collect the winnings because he was not a Canadian citizen.  The suspect requested $18,000.00 from the victim and he would split the winnings with her.  The victim retrieved the money and met the suspects and gave the money to the male.  The victim asked for her money back and the suspect handed her a pencil case.  The victim then realized the suspect had given her newspaper clippings instead of cash.  The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1: Male, 50-60 years, 5’2”-5’3”, 130-150 pounds, medium build.  Suspect #2: Female, white, 50-55 years, 5’10”-5’11”, thin build, brown hair.

Robbery (Mugging) - 31 Division

A 27 year old male reports that on October 30, 2009 at approximately 0255 hours, he was in the area of Finch Avenue West and Weston Road when he was approached from behind by two male suspects.  The suspects punched and kicked the victim and removed a quantity of cash.  The suspects fled the scene southbound on Weston Road.  The victim sustained minor injuries and will seek his own medical attention.  Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1-#2: Male, South Asian.
