A resident of Eglinton Avenue East, reports that on October 19, 2009 between 1030 hours and 1500 hours, entry was gained into the premises by forcing a door. Removed was a quantity of cash, jewellery, and audio visual equipment.

Robbery (Swarming) - 42 Division

A 33 year old male reports that on October 19, 2009 at approximately 2200 hours, he was in the area of Neilson Road and Crow Trail, when he was approached by five male suspects. One suspect made a demand for cash. The suspects pushed the victim to the ground, punched and kicked him about the body. The suspects then grabbed the victim’s cellular phone and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim sustained minor injuries, but will seek his own medical attention. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. Robbery (Delivery Person) - 51 Division

A 32 year old male employee of Panzerotto Pizza, 234 Parliament Street, reports that on October 19, 2009 at approximately 2355 hours, he was in the area Parliament Street and Dundas Street East when he approached by three male suspects.  One suspect engaged the victim in conversation. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s delivery bag and the suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim did not sustain any injuries. Robbery (Business) - 42 Division

Five employees of the Full House Chinese Cuisine, 4188 Finch Avenue East, report that on October 19, 2009 at approximately 2135 hours, two male suspects wearing disguises entered the premises through a rear door. Both suspects produced a firearm, forced the employees to the ground, and made a demand for cash. Suspect one directed two victims to an office, struck a victim repeatedly with his gun, and made further demands for cash. The suspects removed a quantity of cash and a purse containing cash, identification, and keys. Both suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim sustained minor injuries, but will seek his own medical attention. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.  Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 20 to 25 years, 5’6” to 5’8”, 161 to 180 pounds, medium build. One male suspect went through the victim’s pockets taking a quantity of cash and identification. The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim did not sustain any injuries. A 48 year old male employee of Pizza Nova, 129 Martin Grove, reports that on October 20, 2009 at approximately 0001 hours two male suspects wearing disguises entered the premises through a back door. One suspect pointed a gun at the victim and made a demand for cash, while the second suspect removed cash from the till drawer.  As the suspects were leaving the scene, one suspect struck the victim in the arm with his gun. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim did not sustain any injuries. One suspect made a demand for cash and another suspect produced a large knife. The suspects then removed the victim’s wallet containing a quantity of cash and identification and a debit machine. The suspects fled in an unknown direction. The victim did not sustain any injuries. Robbery (Purse Snatch) – 32 Division

A 49 year old female reports that on October 20, 2009 at approximately 1100 hours, she was in the area of Avenue Road and Deloraine Avenue, when a male suspect approached her from behind. The suspect grabbed the victim’s purse and a struggle ensued.  The victim fell to the ground and the suspect then fled the scene with the victim’s purse in an awaiting vehicle driven by a second suspect southbound on Elm Road.  The victim sustained minor injuries and will seek her own medical attention.
