A 9 year old male reports that on June 26, 2009 at approximately 2030 hours he was in the area of Queen Street East and Parliament Street when he was approached by two male suspects. One of the suspects made a demand for the victims bicycle. The victim complied. Both suspects fled the scene westbound on Queen Street East. No injuries were sustained by the victim. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. An 18 year old male reports that on June 25, 2009 at approximately 0000 hours he was in the area of Alton Towers Circle and Warden Avenue when he was approached by three male suspects. A handgun was produced and the victims wallet was removed. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. No injuries were sustained by the victim. An 18 year old male reports that on June 26, 2009 at approximately 2300 hours he was in the area of Bloor Street West and The East Mall when he was approached by four male suspects. The suspects pushed the victim against a wall and made a demand for cash. The victim complied. One of the suspects searched the victims pockets and removed a quantity of cash and a cell phone. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. No injuries were sustained by the victim. On June 26, 2009, a delivery person for Pizza Pizza, 9390 Sheppard Avenue East, was making a delivery in the area of Littles Road and Sewells Road when he was approached by six male suspects. One of the suspects punched the victim and removed a quantity of cash, the pizzas and a cell phone the victim was carrying. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. Through investigation, two young offenders were arrested by Members of No. 42 Division. Four suspects are still outstanding. Charged accordingly. Investigation continuing.

A 23 year old male and a 22 year old female report that on June 27, 2009, at approximately 0235 hours, they were in the vicinity of Locksley Avenue and Livingstone Avenue when they were approached from behind by two male suspects. One of the suspects ran up to the male victim and attempted to put his hands in his pockets. The suspects fled the scene empty-handed in an unknown direction. No injuries were sustained by the victims. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect #1: Male, black, 22 to 25 years, 57 to 58, 150 to 170 pounds, medium build. Suspect #2: Male, black, chubby build.

Fire - 22 Division
On June 27, 2009 at 0531 hours, a fire was discovered in a apartment building at 300 Mill Road, Unit E24. Toronto Fire Services responded under the direction of District Chief Jones and extinguished the blaze. A cat was found deceased at the scene due to smoke inhalation. Occupants of the dwelling were treated for minor smoke inhalation by Toronto EMS and released at the scene. Cause of the fire has been determined to be an electrical malfunction within an entertainment unit. Damage to the dwelling and contents estimated to be $300,000.00.

A 42 year old male reports that on June 27, 2009, at approximately 0352 hours, he was in the vicinity of Eglinton Avenue West and Oakwood Avenue when he was approached by a male suspect. The suspect slashed the victims face and lower back with a broken bottle. The suspect fled the scene in a westerly direction. The victim was transported to hospital by Toronto EMS where he was admitted and treated. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence. A 38 year old male reports that on June 27, 2009, at approximately 0445 hours, he was in the area of Eglinton Avenue West and Dufferin Street when a male suspect approached. A struggle ensued between the victim and suspect ending with the victim being stabbed twice by the suspect. The suspect fled the scene southbound on Northcliffe Boulevard. The victim was transported to hospital by Toronto EMS where he was admitted, treated and is presently listed in satifactory condition. Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described person in connection with this offence. Description of Suspect: Male, white, 18 years, 510, thin build.
