This Unit is responsible for portfolio and project management for all ITS projects, training and certification of Project Managers towards full PMP designation, development and implementation of formalized/standardized project methodology, project prioritization, planning and reporting. The PMO ensures that projects have documented deliverables, and performs independent project quality reviews for key projects. The PMO reports independently to the IT Steering Committee.
