Sydney HEMMANS 18/M Mr. Hemmans was one of four children.

Details of Investigation
The following are the circumstances and investigation surrounding the death of Sydney HEMMANS. On Thursday, the 5th of July 2001 at about 5:49am, a patrolling scout car from 51 Division located Sydney HEMMANS lying on the sidewalk of Gerrard Street East in Regent Park. Shortly thereafter, calls were received from several residents reporting the sound of gunshots in the area. Other emergency services soon arrived and Mr. HEMMANS was taken in an unconscious condition by ambulance to a nearby hospital. He passed away there, succumbing to gunshot wounds. The investigation is continuing.
