Details of Investigation
On Tuesday, November 3, 2009, the deceased, Kevin Phouthonesy and his girlfriend were sitting in a car outside the community housing complex at 202 Sentinel Rd., near Keele St. and Finch Ave. W., when three people approached them at 11:40 p.m.

An argument broke out before shots were fired and Phouthonesy fell to the ground.
