Prep Practice Sessions

• Space is limited to 35 participants, therefore, those interested must pre-register for the session with the recruiting unit

• Participants must be in full gym attire prior to attendance as no changeroom facilities/showers will be available

• Report to the main lobby area

• Due to limited space please contact the recruiting unit if unable to particpate

• Parking is available at the college

• Ontario class g drivers licence is required

• A parmed x must be completed by a physician prior to attending the session if applicant is over 40 years of age or have a medical condition

• These sessions are popular. Please contact the recruiting unit 24 hours prior to the session if your unable participate. (see below). Failure to do so may prevent your participation in future sessions.
